I don’t usually follow the typical theme of choosing mysteries or thrillers or scary books to read during October, but for some unknown reason, it’s what I’m currently in the mood for, so I’m just going to go with it! I’m well aware that it’ll be impossible to get to all of these, but I do like giving myself options.
There’s Someone Inside Your House by Stephanie Perkins
The Takedown by Corrie Wang
Wreck by Fleur Ferris
Daughter of Deep Silence by Carrie Ryan
A Madness So Discreet by Mindy McGinnis
The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black
Nerve by Jeanne Ryan
The Chemist by Stephenie Meyer
And of course, there are those series that I’m still working on finishing. Most of these were on my overly ambitious TBR last month. I did start a few but I wasn’t even close to getting to them all.
Voyager (Outlander #3) by Diana Gabaldon - started
Shades of Earth (Across the Universe #3) by Beth Revis - started
Warrior (The Dragon King Chronicles #2) & King (#3) by Ellen Oh
The Battle for Wondla (The Search for Wondla #3) by Tony DiTerlizzi
Dark Heart Surrender (Dark Heart #3) by Lee Monroe
Draekora (The Medoran Chronicles #3) by Lynette Noni
Picture Perfect (Geek Girl #3) by Holly Smale
Mel
So, I have a bunch of books that I've gotten out to read and just never got to, or I put down for one reason or another. That's the bunch that I'm picking from this month. I probably won't read all of these, but hopefully I'll cut the stack down a bit.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling
The Two Towers Part One by JRR Tolkien
A Game of Thrones by George RR Martin
Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde
Letters to the Lost by
Release by Patrick Ness
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl
Beyond the Wall by Tanya Landman
The Bone Collection by Kathy Reichs
All That Glitters (Geek Girl #4) by Holly Smale
The Black Witch by Laurie Forest
If for any reason I don't feel like reading those, I'll probably fall back on this bunch:
Hover (The Taking #2) & Collide (The Taking #3) by Melissa West
The Loneliest Girl in the Universe by Lauren James
Tower of Dawn by Sarah J Maas
