The YA Chronicles October Unboxing

The YA Chronicles is a new Australian young adult book subscription box created so that Aussies don't have to spend a phenomenal amount on shipping from the USA for boxes such as OwlCrate.

The YA Chronicles box

October's theme was "Time and time again". I had a good feeling about it and I've been wanting to get a subscription box for a while now, so I decided, why not?

The first time related goodie I see after opening the box was this...

Time Turner

Do you know how long I've been wanting to get one of these?! Harry Potter is one of favourite things ever, so getting a time turner makes me very happy! This totally made my day!

The next thing I found were these:

Timeless Hearts

Timeless Hearts are scented melts for tea light warmers. The scents are creme caramel, gourmet vanilla, strawberry shortcake and champagne and strawberries. They smell amazing! Good thing I have a warmer! I may just have to get more of these.

Moving on, I found this and just about died...

River Song's Journal

If there's one thing I love as much as reading and Harry Potter, it's Doctor Who! I've had my eye on this notebook for a while now. This will come in very handy for jotting down notes and book ideas!

I also purchased the YA Chronicles bookmark.

And finally, the book...

The Next Together by Lauren James

The Next Together by Lauren James is about Matt and Kate, who are destined to be born again and again, fall hopelessly in love, only to be tragically separated every time.

This book sounds so intriguing! I love these kinds of stories that involve past lives and reincarnation and this sounds like it'll be a real treat. All throughout the book are letters, emails, memos, documents, news reports, internet articles and diary entries, along with standard prose. This is going straight onto my November TBR.

Inside the book was a stamp:

I approve too!

Also in the box came a letter from the author and a card describing all of the items.

Overall, I am so happy with this box! I've already ordered November's box, which is themed What nightmares are made of.
